What is an in-home consultation?
By booking a free in-home consultation, we will send you a detailed date and time of the scheduled consultation. A Bath consultant expert will call and schedule a meet up where she/he will help you decide and design your dream bathroom.
We will bring the pattern and color samples to help you choose exactly what YOU want. We will walk you through how the remodeling process would go with your current bathroom.
From there, we will give you a sample quote, answer your questions, and get you applied for financing with monthly payments within 2 minutes (if that’s something you’re interested in).
How long does it take?
Our consultations take about 60-90 minutes.
We ask that the decision maker are there during the consultation. We make sure that all decision makers are able to look at colors, patterns, and see your perfect digitally designed bathroom. It makes it difficult for us when all decision makers are not there together. We respectfully asking for your time and we ask that you respect ours too. When you request your consultation, please be prepared to schedule a time that fits for all decision makers.
The installation itself only takes 1-3 days, depending on what was ordered for the project. The shipping from our manufacturer, after the time of sale, can take 8-12 weeks. This extended delivery time is due to COVID-19.
Do you have financing?
You will see multiple rates based on your credit score, preferred monthly amount, and a few more variables. It’s super easy, and it’s worth checking, as it makes transforming your bathroom very convenient.
Do you have COVID guidelines?
Yes! Our Bath Consultants will protect both you, your family, and themselves, by wearing a mask to the consultation. The Bath Consultant will also keep a reasonable distance.
We ask you that you reschedule any booked consultation if you are feeling ill or any symptoms. We would not risk your health and we ask you that you are also considerate for the health of our Bath Consultants.
